Organizational Background

The L.Y.N. Project, Inc. (operating as L.Y.N. Funding Dreams) is a Florida incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to make generosity reciprocal. We award $1 million grants directly to vetted humanitarian nonprofits, with no cuts or fees, while at the same time offering donors the opportunity to apply for personal grants of up to $250,000 in recognition of their generosity. We believe that when you lift up others, hope should flow both ways.

The L.Y.N. Project, Inc. is a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charity governed by an independent board of directors. We comply with all applicable Florida state and federal operating and reporting requirements.

Financial Information & Public Filings

As an organization incorporated in 2025, our first IRS Form 990 filing will reflect our initial period of operation. We are committed to filing in a timely manner and will post filings here as they become available. All documents are available here and/or upon request in the interim.

Ethics and Compliance

Code of Ethics

The L.Y.N. Project, Inc. board members, staff, and representatives are held to the highest ethical standards. Our Code of Ethics sets forth clear standards of conduct covering ethical management, fundraising practices, conflicts of interest, and full and fair disclosure. All board members are required to review and affirm compliance with this code annually. A copy is available upon request.

Governance

The L.Y.N. Project, Inc. is governed by an active, voluntary board of advisors responsible for oversight of organizational policy, financial stewardship, and mission delivery. The board ensures that all operations remain consistent with our fiduciary responsibilities, founding purpose and applicable law.

Financial Accountability

We are committed to responsible financial stewardship. The L.Y.N. Project, Inc. has engaged an independent certified public accountant to conduct annual financial reviews or audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Financial statements will be made available on this page as they are completed.
